  2. Package carefully in original condition and, if possible, packaging.
  3. Send with a traceable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt.
  4. Confirmation & refund follow after receipt and verification.

For legal guarantee and conformity, we refer to the "Conformity and guarantee" section in the Terms of Service. Quality problems that occur within a reasonable period, we solve in consultation.
