1. Service delivery
- We work with reliable partners to deliver your project quickly and safely.
- All services are delivered from our office in Quebec, Canada.
- As soon as your project is processed, you will receive an email with confirmation and project tracking information.
2. Service costs
- Service costs are clearly displayed in the quote, before you finalize the agreement.
- Projects above a certain amount may qualify for special pricing (if applicable).
- Any additional costs or taxes outside Canada are the responsibility of the client.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery time depends on your location and the selected service type:
- Brand Strategy: typically 4-6 weeks
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: typically 6-12 weeks
- Creative Campaigns: typically 8-16 weeks
- Full Service Projects: varies by scope, usually 12-24 weeks
Note: during peak periods or complex projects, delivery time may be slightly longer.
4. Project tracking
- As soon as your project is started, you will receive an email with project tracking information.
- You can track your project progress via our project management system.
- Haven't received tracking information? Check your spam folder or contact us via contact@advertising-agency.top.
5. Remote delivery
- Most of our services are delivered remotely through digital channels and online collaboration tools.
- We provide regular updates and milestone reviews throughout the project timeline.
- For local clients, we can arrange in-person meetings when necessary.
6. Project issues
Experiencing issues with your project? Follow these steps:
- Document the issue with clear descriptions and any relevant materials.
- Contact us within 48 hours after discovery via contact@advertising-agency.top.
- We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution: correction, revision or refund.
7. Delays
- Haven't received anything after the estimated delivery time? Check the project tracking first.
- Contact our customer service if the delay lasts longer than 7 business days.
- In case of delays due to force majeure (e.g., technical issues, natural disasters, pandemics), we will inform you as soon as possible.
8. Non-delivered services
- Always check if your contact information is correct.
- Services that cannot be delivered and are returned can be redelivered against additional costs.
- If you want to cancel the agreement after return, delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
